, is the same person who represented casey anthony. steve harrigan has these you this developments from our south florida newsroom. what happened here. >> we are getting word now that the charges against one of these two middle school girls have been dropped. they were both supposed to be arraigned in central florida tomorrow on charges of aggravated stocking. -- stalking. one of the lawyers says the 1-year-old will not face any charges. it's likely the two girls could have faced several years probation for aggravated stalking. basically for bullying and cyber bullying a 12-year-old girl to death on september 10th when the 12-year-old rebecca sedgwick said she couldn't take it anymore. she jumped off osilo of abandoned cement factory to her death this was back in september. since then, the sheriff in that county has been very public in accusing both the two middle school girls and their families. so right now one seems to be off the hook. we are likely to it see the other, 14-year-old gwatney gwatney lupe shaw still aggravated stalking. >> steve harrigan in our florida newsroom. the state s

the forecast. we'll start with steve who is at reagan national airport. how is it there? >> fairly calm as you see behind me at reagan national airport. there is bad weather on the way and already hitting part of the u.s. let's look at pictures we shot earlier. everything was running fairly smoothly, but this holiday season, this television, we have a perfect storm of fewer flights, more passengers, and higher fairs. that is a recipe for frustration. many arrivals have been delayed, departures still on time supposedly, but that could change as we have a domino effect later in the day. the flight that's arrive late or get canceled, they could not take off as scheduled. cancellations,le 7 so far across the u.s. today because of the storm. we had 1312 cancel nationwide since sunday spop this week, so far, more than 1,000 flights cancels and more bad weather. it is raining right now. we could get heavy rain tonight and tomorrow here and snow to the northeast as well. >> before they go to grandmas house, what do folks need to know? >> get to the airport very early. there could be long security line
